The London Premier Padel P1 is underway at Olympia London from 4–9 August 2026 — the first Premier Padel P1 ever held in the United Kingdom, with a prize pool of €479,068 and 1,000 FIP ranking points on the line for the winners.
The conditions: indoor, fast, and demanding
According to the FIP's official event listing, London P1 is played across four competition courts, indoors, with Wilson Premier Padel balls on the men's side and Wilson Premier Padel S for the women's draw. The courts are Mejor Set with Mondo turf.
Indoor conditions matter more than casual viewers realise. Without wind, sun, or heat affecting ball flight, indoor padel tends to play faster and more predictably — which rewards precision and power over the adaptability outdoor courts demand. It's close to the opposite of what most UAE players deal with on outdoor summer courts, where heat makes balls livelier and less predictable.
