1. Introduction

Welcome to Padel4less ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of padel4less.ae (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Padel4less is an online padel equipment retailer serving customers across the United Arab Emirates, offering rackets, bags, grips, and accessories. You can contact us at saifnasserh72@gmail.com.

3. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under UAE law.

4. Products, Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and are subject to change without prior notice.
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, including specifications, images, and pricing. Minor variations between product photos and the item received (e.g., due to manufacturer updates) may occur.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders for items that are out of stock, mispriced, or otherwise unavailable, and will notify you if this affects your order.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.
Full payment is required at checkout before an order is processed.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days across the UAE, though we aim to deliver as quickly as possible.
Shipping is charged at AED 20 across all Emirates.
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside our control (courier delays, weather, public holidays, etc.).

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns except where required by applicable UAE law, or in cases of items received damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered — in which case, please contact us at saifnasserh72@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Padel4less or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written consent. Product images and brand names remain the property of their respective manufacturers/trademark holders.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Site's operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Padel4less shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.

11. No Warranty

Padel4less does not offer any warranties on the products we sell, express or implied, beyond what is required by applicable law. Any manufacturer warranty is provided directly by the product's brand and is between you and that manufacturer — it is not our responsibility to honor, administer, or guarantee. Please retain your order confirmation, as manufacturers may require proof of purchase for any warranty claim made directly with them.

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
