When a bundle isn't the right call
Being straight about this: a bundle only saves you money if you'd have bought both items anyway.
- If you already own a decent bag, buy the racket alone.
- If you're a beginner, none of the racket bundles suit you. These are advanced-level rackets with small sweet spots that make learning harder. Start with our rackets under 400 AED instead.
- If you and your partner play at different levels, matching rackets is the wrong move — you each need equipment suited to your own game.
Why a bag matters more in the UAE
A dedicated racket compartment keeps your frame away from shoes, bottles and keys, which is where most incidental damage actually comes from. Padded bags also insulate against ambient heat — relevant when you're going straight from a court to a car in summer, where interior temperatures can exceed 60°C and degrade a racket's core bonding over time.
